Shipping

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. lisalin.co will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

All domestic orders ship free via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 days unless noted otherwise.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 days unless noted otherwise.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday unless noted otherwise.

Special order, made to order, or custom pieces, allow an additional 4-6 weeks.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

To check the status of your order please email shop@lisalin.co. Please include your order number and we will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

International Shipping: 

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. The customs authorities or courier will collect these fees directly. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and the above listed holidays. We ship via FedEx International.

We cannot guarantee arrival dates of International orders due to the rigorous customs process that some orders incur.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers, from UPS/DHL/FedEx to international mail carriers. Customers with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may also take longer to deliver. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.


Returns

At this time, all sales on lisalin.co are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at shop@lisalin.co with any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at shop@lisalin.co within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from lisalin.co.
